Grant Writing Courses and Resources

Our curriculum was developed with the assistance of practitioners from across Oklahoma, professors at both the University of Oklahoma’s Norman and Tulsa Campuses, and Campus Tulsa, a program of the George Kaiser Family Foundation. Thanks to each of these groups, we now offer our students an intensive education in grant writing. This curriculum covers every aspect of the grant-seeking process, focuses on the importance of a relational rather than transactional approach to grant funding, and emphasizes incorporating Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion principles into grant writing. Additionally, students who remain engaged with our organization can receive training in other skills necessary to succeed in fundraising and development. We can provide students with education and experience in project management, graphic design, CRM management, major gifts curation, and crafting fundraising appeals, all of which support or build upon grant writing.
